Manufacturing

Our factory is divided into six sections; each fully equipped to fulfil their designated functions.

Boiler making For the manufacturing of Base frames, fuel tanks, exhaust systems and trailer chassis.
Sheet Metal For the bending and cutting of sheet metal to manufacture customised sound attenuated canopies and weatherproof enclosures.
Electrical The electrical workshop is equipped with plant and tools required for the fitting, assembly, wiring and testing of specialised control boards and switchboards.
Fitting Equipped with lifting facilities and all specialised tools required for assembly of generating plant.
Painting We have two fully equipped paint shops. All metal work is cleaned in an acid bath. There is a fully equipped grinding and cleaning bay for metal preparation prior to painting.
Testing Fully qualified test technicians can test plant with loads of up to 5000kW.
